I've hardly been shaky at all today, and I kept down food all of yesterday and today, so I think I'm done with the food poisoning. It's nice to be pretty much back to normal. As normal as I get. ;)

Doing better, nearly back to normal. I kind of shut out the world yesterday, and I don't know if that helped or hindered, but I'm doing better. As long as no one badgers me at band about it...
