Is it me?
Received an email from the principal reminding me that I need to submit a workplan for the Staff Welfare committee..
Didn't think much about it 'coz oh well, I didn't know we gotta submit it after our meeting and it was my first year heading..
Until last year's head told me "Erh, how come you gotta do ah?Last year I no need leh.."
I feel soooooooooooo useless!! =_(
I kept thinking why did he ask me to submit..he doesn't think I can do the job is it?
Or I dun look capable enough?*sigh*
This is not the first time..
Last year, when we had to submit our Year Plan,
I did what every othe rteacher in the school..short and simple..
but it got rejected and he wants a more detailed breakdown..
But when I took a look at the rest of the other teachers' Year Plans, theirs were approved even though theirs was as simple as mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Double-standard or is it just me?=( =( =( =(
