Getting my cooking done for Bonfire Night today. Made a chilli, which is bubbling away on the hob (I ran out of chilli powder, and in my hunt to find more I poured a whole tub of mixed herbs in the toaster. Oops. So now that's unplugged...). November has begun, and it is once again time to dust off the writing gloves and spend the month throwing words at a page in a desperate attempt to get something that vaguely resembles a story.

Today, I spent rather a long time decorating my new hoodie - it's now all Green Day-fied, with really pretty and/or cool logos and pics on it. I like it, anyway. It stands out and no longer looks like a mens Primark hoodie. It's not professional looking, but I like it. It's mine.
