Kali is a friend of mine has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and it's disabled her. There's no cure, so it's something she's going to have to live with. Believe me when I say a service dog would make a world of difference

OMG... that's the same disorder I have. Top post of my friends page, and it made my head go 'swivel?'. I have type 4, vascular, and it is HELL. She has my absolute sympathies.
My mom has it too, and has a service dog. The dog is wonderful, fetches, helps her out of chairs, helps her balance as she walks. I totally endorse this!
I have no cash (I'm applying for SSI so can't work while this goes through the hoops) but I can send you some cg artwork pieces maybe as a 'thank you for donating' thing? I have some clean work, and also am working on a fairy in bondage that's kinda kinky and colorful and fun.
I just put in $50 -- I don't have a ton of money, but I have saved what I have for travel and having as much of a life as possible despite the fact that I have EDS, too. I'm lucky enough with my own case that, while it is a disabling condition, I'm still able to get around pretty well.
And I have that to spare. I really hope that Kali is able to get her service dog. Happy to pass the word along.
