We got home earlier on today and had a fairly event free trip. We've already been shopping for some food for today and tomorrow. We have also unpacked. I have a mountain of laundry to do and it's cold in the house, but it's nice to be back.

My parents set off for Germany again this morning. We've had a nice week and got quite a few things done around house and garden.

I am now behind with almost everything else, including lj reading.

But hey, instead of catching up, the Marquis and I are going to visit Third and Chairman tonight, to go to the Re-enactors' Fair tomorrow.

While I monopolise the internet connection and phoneline in our house, the Marquis often plays a computer game called Diablo, which is a sort of 'Buffy goes to the Hellmouth to give the demons some trouble'+ D&D type of game. It turns out you can train Cuban crocodiles much in the same way you can train a dog. The dragon in me is pleased with this discovery. But crocs are probably a bit more dangerous than dogs nevertheless.
