"Come onnnnn. Go out with me! I wanna get something for myselffff." Pi whined, tugging playfully at Ryo's sleeve.

Ryo only bothered enough to give a sidewards glance as the pair continued walking towards the train station. They were off early from work today, and Pi has been whining for forever about wanting to get out and buy stuff - accessories, that is, and its his birthday soon so Ryo guessed enough he wants to get something for himself.

But Ryo refused, and insisted he wanted to go home. So a dejected Pi made his way home too.

Ryo sat on the couch, thinking. What would be the perfect gift? He surfed the Internet, ploughing through Pi's Jweb like some fangirl would do, trying to come up with something.

Finally, he leant back, peeling his eyes away from the screen as he twiddled with his ballbearing necklace, thinking.

AH! Got it! He's a genius ne~

Pi organised a small party at his place to celebrate his birthday. Just him and some of the boys. Akanishi, Kamenashi, and of course, Ryo. (too bad toma couldnt make it ;p)

BBQs are love because you get to fool around with all the raw food and cooked food. And with Pi around, there's got to be watermelons. So yes, watermelon fights too.

"Last piece!" yelled P as he snatched up the last of the watermelon.

"i want it!" ryo shouted, raising his hand.

Pi stuck out his tongue and held it out of Ryo's reach, and within seconds, he had bitten off all of the flesh and kept it in his mouth, much like a hamster would do.

Ryo pouted.

Pi snorted, spitting some watermelon out. He pointed to his mouth and made a noise which sounded like "dare you to"

Ryo gave a small laugh, and without warning, leaned over to have some of that delicious watermelon - straight from P's mouth.

Pi's eyes widen.

"Hey you two! We dont have to see this you know!" said Kame, after getting over the initial shock of some Ryo x Pi.

They broke apart, and Ryo sat back down.
"That was some delicious watermelon," he said, grinning.

"RIGHT" said Jin, rolling his eyes. "Can we open the presents now?" Somehow, there was a playful look in his eye when he said that.

"YAY! PRESENTS!" Pi said enthusiastically. This was the best part of birthdays, no?

Jin threw his across the table to Pi. In and instant, Pi ripped it apart, and out fell two skin coloured, rubbery like things.

"Nani Kore???" Pi asked, holding them up, examining them. "NANI KORE!!!!" he said, laughing really hard. "Oh my god, are you guys idiots. Is this an appropriate gift for my 21st?!" asked Pi, amused. He held them up and put them on his chest. He laughed hysterically. Skin Bras?! "They're way too big, bakas! Did you really think my moobs are that huge?" Pi asked, recovering from the stitch he got from laughing so hard.

"So what funky thing have you gotten me?" Pi said, wiping a tear from the corner of his eye as he turned to ask Ryo.

Ryo sat there, thoughtful.

"And thats our cue!" came Jin's voice as both he and Kame stood up.

"Cue?"

"Jya!" said Jin and Kame simultaneously, and without waiting for Pi's reply, slung their bags. "Have a greattttt night!" Jin said cheekily, and  they made their way out of Pi's apartment.

Pi raised his eyebrow.

"What was that all about?" he asked Ryo, confused by what just happened.

Instead, Ryo just stood up, walked over to his bag and extracted two small boxes. They read:
山下智久 and 锦户 亮 on it.

He passed the one with Pi's name over to Pi, still not saying anything.

Eyeing Ryo with suspicion, Pi received the box and opened it. He gasped.

"Like it?" Ryo asked, studying the expression on Pi's face.

"You.... You halved it? For me?"

"Yes, only for you." said Ryo, taking the necklace out of the box and proceeding to put it on for Pi.

Pi twiddled with the pendant. It felt obviously smaller.

"I got some guy to melt it and make two identical ones out of it. Like it?" Ryo asked again.

Pi didn't answer. Instead, he took Ryo's share of the ballbearing out of his box and put it on for him.

When the claspe was secured, Pi hugged him from behind, saying "Thank you, Ryo-chan. I loveeeeeeeee it!"

Ryo smiled and turn around to face Pi. Glad you liked it. And without much of a warning for the second time in the night, kissed Pi.

Not that Pi actually minded. He loves surprises.

When they finally tore apart, Ryo asked "So... think your bed is big enough?"

Pi only laughed as he let Ryo pick him up and drop him onto the bed. The night has only just begun...
