Little bit of this, little bit of that from the Lake
Wow, can't recall the last time I wrote. So terrible considering the faithful posters that I so enjoy catching up on every few days.
I seem to be as busy as I want to be. Our fourteen month old black lab, Tendra keeps me on the straight and narrow. Makes me get out there no matter what the weather. She and I are about to be on our own for two weeks as the Big Guy heads off to our nations capital for a working stint. I am sure I will do fine but am anxious about getting the pup enough exercise. She's a busy gal. One good thing is that there is a wonderful dog park in the town I used to live in so we can certainly go there from time to time. The other nice thing is that there are few people around where I live so she can run on the beach. Here's hoping the weather isn't too beastly.
Retirement suits me fine although after 7 years of it, I wish I was more organized about doing some of the projects I have purchased over the years. I have wall hangings sitting here begging to be quilted.... yarn wanting to be used up... wooden objects screaming for paint on them.... one of these days! *haha*
