Hello Humans.
It has been almost a year since I have checked in on the NAR Journal. System 86 has been doing a very good job. I just wanted to personally say sorry about backing out of these next 2 shows coming up on the weekend in Oshawa and Burlington.
I Have an infection in my throat that is causing me to have trouble breathing right and talking; but most of all it is effecting my vocal performance.
I feel really bad that my short-term illness had to get in the way of NAR's schedule; however I am taking medication to fight it off, 3 pills a day for this shit. I have been ill for a while and I thought I would be ready for these shows, sadly I was wrong.
System 86, Klik, and T-rod also apologize for this inconvenience to our fans that have been waiting some time now to get to see NAR Live in their hometowns.
Also, to the bands on the bills for the weekend (tallman, wetwork, organical, the bleeding heart massacre, the video dead, always outnumbered, low orbit:earth, and somehow hollow) Have a great show I wish I could be there to see all your sets. I hope we can make time to get together and play a show sometime real soon.
NAR hopes to be back in full metal force for all the crazy montreal fans on the 22nd of this month. It should be a good show and we are pumped for it! Also No Assembly Required has been working on more shows to be added soon, not to mention the NEW web site that is already being built as I write this to you now. Big news is on its way for us and we cant wait to share that with all of you very soon.
I am off to get some rest but first let me say thank you to the people that have been requesting our video for SHOVE and that have been street teaming and e-teaming for us as well. You guys are truly Great. Endless thanks to all of you that continue to support this band. We love you for it.
We hope to see everyone of you at our shows to come, till then; take care and stay healthy.
Keep the positive energy flowing. Time for me to leave this cyber cafe and get some sleep, its way past 3am and i'm beat.
