I got this review quote from rotten tomatoes.
"A visually impressive adaptation of C. S. Lewis's classic tale, which unfortunately slights the forgiveness theme in favor of a big battle scene led by a not-very-Christlike Aslan the lion."
This makes me not want to see it. This makes me want to piss on the wall of the movie theater. I'm not religious, at all, but what the fuck, man. What is wrong with the world? Movies have gotten so dumbed down lately, with CG stuff. Everybody wants to be wowed by visuals, and not think about characters. The chronicles of Narnia were about using your imagination, strength of character, and Jesus. Now they're gonna make a bunch of movies so people can go "ooh, pretty!"
I'm going to watch A Streetcar Named Desire.
