School Shootings. Not less guns more guns!!
I could write a book on this. So, we read about another kid going to school and dropping a few more little bastards. I am sick and tired of people screaming gun control. Those shootings are not gun problems they're child problems. I have to ask why in the past five years are these shootings increasing? Well we're coming up on those generations where if you spank your child it's considered child abuse. So most parents bargin with them or let them have their way and what's with this time out crap. Don't get me wrong I don't think you should have a bad day at work and come home and beat your kids. Listen, my father used to beat the shit out of me but he made sure I knew why I had it coming. Today, I own pistols, rifles, guns and more guns. I want to be able to defend myself from one of those kids when he comes in to Micky D's or to my home because he feels the world owes him or he has no knowledge of the consequences of his actions. Gun control takes guns from people that have the right to own them. We have the right to bear arms and it is because of that fact we all don't stop the world and have tea at 4:00pm.
If the parents can't teach their children how to respect other people and they pick on someone who is not popular and get their heads blown off then I guess the cycle of inconsideration will end there. And if the child that does the shooting tries this extreme to get recognition then maybe if a few of them get their heads blown off because of defense then maybe other options may come to light for the next abused child.
Taking guns away isn't the answer and I think this country will have a problem if the attempt is made. The answer is tough love and more instilled family values at home. All that is impossible though when the family condition is almost gone.
