Feelings: Yesterday was not a fluke, the scale... she is moving. so happy and relieved. I didn't realize how much it was bothering me... letting go of the stress of no progress...
Now if only PMS would let me sleep... ok the book isn't helping either but I NEED jim butcher's new book and I have to finish Kim Harrison's first!
