Russian ballet, anyone?

A while ago in this space I mentioned that the Coolidge is doing a series of HD broadcasts of ballet performances from the leading companies around the world. The next one is coming up on February 20 at 11 a.m.: Stravinsky & The Ballets Russes: Firebird, The Wedding, and The Rite of Spring. I've been curious to see The Rite of Spring forever. Sorry, I don't know anything more than what's in the link above. It lists The Rite of Spring as two hours, so...something more than two hours.

Argh. I'm already committed for that Sunday afternoon. I could push it a little, but not that much. Do let me know how it is. I really liked the Boston Ballet's version, but that was years ago.

I think it'll be easiest for everyone to get their own tickets; they're GA, so we don't have to worry about getting a block together.
