Hello Universe? Could you please make up your mind?
After the 'fun' news of yesterday, today I got news at work that a long term project for the company may be happening after all. If it does then we could be transitioning to a new business model that could be very profitable.
However after the guy in Venice, I'm refusing to count my chickens until they are not only hatched, but beyond their pin-feather stage.
In other news, Eric and I have decided to work over the summer to get the guest room and bath into condition so that we can rent it out to a student come the fall semester. Thankfully we saved the 'extra' tile from remodeling, so we can make the bathroom match the other two, so we should be able to get enough from them to cover the mortgage.
Additionally, I finished the Elizabethan Corset I was making for a client and I'm very pleased with it. Red coutil on one side and black herringbone hemp on the other. I'll try to remember to take pictures before it goes away!
