Hi, I am going to bug everyone with another apartment/roommate-hunting post. I am looking for an apartment starting in May, and would ideally like to sign a year-long lease (May 07-May 08), as I both plan to stay in Boston this summer and will graduate in 2008. Obviously, it would be much easier and more cost-effective if I had a roommate or two

Very intriguing... I don't know what my summer plans are yet, but I might be very very interested. When do you need to absolutely know by? And would it be okay if my boyfriend lived with me over the summer?

i have 2 apartments under my name, one is in south (you saw that one i think) and right now i am in allston. the one in south, the girl i am subletting to is leaving mid may then coming back september. i think pets are allowed there (i know of several cats in the building). rent there is 730ish, dont remember the figure exactly but it is under 800. the one i am in now i have no idea if pets are allowed but if so i will let you know the details. aw malcolm!
