Aww, look at that face. I feel so bad for both you and Honey, constantly dealing with this elbow nonsense. It IS hard to know what to do when they can’t tell you what is wrong. You’re a great mom! I hope she feels better soon

I think the stained glass trees are easy for McG cuz they are just random shapes so any scrap piece of glass is a contender. The most time consuming part is grinding the edges I think, but it's something she really enjoys doing. :D and she has a LOT of scrap glass
I appreciate your constant and unwavering support! And yes, I will take better care of myself. I don't even have the crappy work insurance now, :P
Those Christmas trees look really fun. Best of luck on the house-hunting. Knowing what you don't want is always a good thing. And OMG, the elections! I keep feeling that we're entering the last few weeks of the US as even a semi-functioning democracy. If the mid-terms go badly, it's game over.
You are 100% right to get all the good health care you can before your insurance expires. And drink a lot of water, of course.
I keep thinking I always sound like an incredulous five-year-old responding to things like this, but: you can't see stars?! I'd heard of places like that, but I guess I kind of didn't believe they actually existed. :/
Those trees are awesome! I've only recently taken to not wearing a mask in public. It's kind of scary, and I still put it back on in crowded places. Oh, IV's are just /so/ much fun, right? XD I had one in the back of hand when I was a teenager. The bruise from that was entertaining!
You can see stars here (and not just Danny DeVito at the grocery), but only the super bright ones, like Orion's belt. I've been to Sydney a bunch of times and am obsessed with seeing the stars in the Southern hemisphere but it has ALWAYS been overcast at night - every single time! I have a tattoo of the southern cross :D
The trees are so fun - stupid talented sister. LOL Honey says thanks for the bunny cake!!!
*gasp* Danny DeVito?! I'd honestly probably trip over him, he's so tiny. In your trips to Sydney, did you hear the term "bogan"? Tends to be what we call those with the southern cross tattoo. XD My brother has one as well, on the back of his shoulder. I've always changed my mind way too often to get something that permanent.
He is so tiny! But a really great guy from all I have heard.
I haven't heard "bogan" - is it lame to have a Southern Cross tattoo? lol I got it like 15 years ago and it seemed really cool at the time. I may have been drunk.
Sweet Honey, I'm sorry she's still having problems. That sucks! Tell her I send hugs and love. And don't worry about the 25 Days of Drawing. You have enough on your plate as it is.
I step outside every night a watch the Moon, and Jupiter Venus and Mars when they a visible. But I have a ton of light pollution in my neighborhood, so if I really want to get a better view I drive out to Lake Murray because it’s not so bad there.
McG’s stained glass trees are lovely. They’ll be very pretty at Christmas time.
I am very happy you and McG have been preapproved for a home loan. Will NJS stay on the west coast?
Glad you were given a clean bill of health and you got rain. Sending you love and hugs.

The trees are so cool! She's now made a tall thin one from blue and white glass and it's really elegant.
Still hoping to land in the south one of these years :D but getting laid off throws a wrench in any current plans.
Yes to more water! glug glug glug!

I love that you are a star-gazer too! I could look up at the sky forever I think. Which made me think of this:
