well the sun has come up again, i managed to get the sound system to sound good with my computer
i'm not sure what to do now
saw "the last king of scotland"
did not take a shower
did not read
did not play scrabble
hardly talked to anybody
i made a really good vegetarian chili and had it with some fantastic jasmine rice next to it
maybe i'll try not to sleep so much today. i could wake up at a decent hour so i dont plow through the night like a vampire sucking blood from the neck of father time
then with all that time in the day, maybe i could step outside for a bit
listen to records at a good volume
practice songs for friday and saturday
maybe i could call a friend and hang out for a bit
my time at la cueva made me realize how much i enjoy playing video games and drinking beer, with a friend (also metallica)
if i had a job, maybe i could afford a coke habit!
this morning i realized that i appreciate bill hicks' comedy
i had only listened to one or two bits off of last.fm and he just sounded kind of annoying and lame
but i decided to give him another shot and looked him up on youtube
another thing i realized is that i need to calm down and take a breather
maybe get some exercise and work things out
i got some money back from last weeks HORRIBLE waste of funds (20 dollar wine?! what was i thinking?) so maybe i'll do the smart thing and buy a fucking wheel for my bike because my parents sure as fuck don't care
they are probably just waiting for me to get fed up with their inaction to go to the swap shop, save up some money and buy the wheel myself
then they can think "oh look, rick is at least kind of responsible! he hasn't managed to get a job, but at least he refrained from spending the entire extended weekend crashing on couches in miami so he can ride the bike we can't afford to buy him a wheel for"
and how about that, i'm sure that everybody is probably already at the swap shop right now ready to peddle their shit on free day
which reminds me, i need to contact vee and tino so i can get my motherfucking ipod back this weekend
maybe i should just not sleep and try to get my parents to drive me there so i can search through all that crap on all those towels and tables from all those people in vans

sure that's money i could have spent on drinking this week, but i should have thought of that before i broke my piggy bank last week
that change was way handy for metro and phone fare but i could have gotten a tire with it and that would have been way more useful
so my current 22 dollars is:
7 dollars- partly because my mother didn't want me to be broke at a party in downtown right next to overtown without being certain of where i'm spending the night
15 dollars- because my dad remembered to give me last week's allowance
6 dollars- because i finally saw andres and he remembered that he owed me for that one time at mao (he still owes me 2 dollars haha)
i wish miami lakes wasn't such a waste, i can't find a single bike shop in the area
maybe i could check the target so i dont have to go to walmart
maybe big lots has it??
