Weekend Shopping Update
No new movies that I want to see opening until next week (Coco avant Chanel, woohoo!) and the weather wasn't good for taking pictures, so instead of making the Ritz/record store run I've been doing for the past few Fridays I headed down to the shopping center. Exciting! Well, not really, but I found some cute stuff--
1. Cynthia Rawley painted resin picture frames. Got these at Marshall's; the pair cost me about $15. They also had both sizes in dark purple, so I might pick up another next week, if the still have any. Artwork not included :p ('Beauty and the Beast' print by carmensylph, 'Marie Antoinette with Roses' original watercolor by ulaluma). Adding these to the Wall of Rococo tomorrow.
2. 'Earth Girl' Yasmin Bratz doll. Since MGA has stopped making them, I would love to know where Target is turning up all these random new Bratz dolls I keep seeing on the shelves. I guess they are slowly purging the warehouse stock by shipping odds & ends to the stores...Anyway, I'm glad this one showed up, because she's really pretty. Also: purple guitar! Love.
3. Pink Swiffer! I would be very happy if I could replace all of my boring cleaning implements with pink and/or purple ones. Makes cleaning more fun.
4. Q: Wait, are they fingerless gloves, or mittens??? A: Both! There's a little buttoned flap that you can fold down over the fingers. And of course they match my new sweater :D
