Faery Goodies on the way ~
I had a rather miserable day at work (what else is new?), but rather than dwell on that, I've been working on getting the last of my images together for the 'stuff from FaerieCon' post. I just need to scan the jewelry and get some things uploaded, and we'll be good to go. In the meanwhile, a teaser, since I've been itching to share this one all week and I just can't wait anymore.
So--please feast your eyes on 'La Fée Verte' by brigidashwood! You can see her 'in process' blog posts about this painting here and here. The version of this piece available at the con was a special edition print hand embellished by Brigid (it's sparkly). At the moment she's propped up on my desk, but I'm on the hunt for the perfect frame...
I never have much luck with video streams in the afternoon, but I must try to watch new Pushing Daisies. And check Friends List (haven't looked at it much this week, I'm afraid). Also need to check the Curtis Institute student recital schedule...gah, so much to catch up with >_< So hard to find time for everything. I keep trying though...
