"Nightswimming deserves a quiet night.
The photograph on the dashboard, taken years ago,
Turned around backwards so the windshield shows.
Every streetlight reveals the picture in reverse.
Still, it's so much clearer..."
There's supposed to be a gorgeous full moon tonight, the news stations have been calling it a 'super moon', and I've found a perfect place to relax and go stargazing with my flute and a notebook. I'm even packing a bathing suit and a towel so I can get some swimming in if the weather stays nice. I'm hoping that being outside watching the moon will give me some inspiration for my latest songwriting project.
Speaking of inspiration, does anyone have any suggestions for a good name for a pygmy hedgehog? I got one as a gift, he had known I always wanted one, and calling her 'Sonic' just seems a bit too dorky for me although I did consider it. Still, if anyone has a better idea I'd love to hear it.
