Well, today is day 5 of my allergy elimination diet and boy have I learned a few things...

I'm allergic to almonds. Was that not a question in your world?
I'm surprised you're allowed sugar. Were you tested for systemic fungal infection? A couple of times, I've put myself on fungicidals (thank you, Mexico) and a rotation diet, and not only did the weight melt off at a steady 2 pounds per week, but I felt better, mentally clearer and more energetic, than I can remember feeling since I was a kid.
What I did when I was doing allergy rotation was researched food "families", and assigned several distinct groups to each of four (it might have been five. I forget) days. I put them on colored note cards and laminated them, so my "Day 1" foods all had to come from the pink card, "Day 2" on the green card, etc. That made it easy to identify allergies, but it also keeps you from having as severe an allergic reaction because you're not "loading" on any one food (the way people usually do on wheat and dairy, for instance). I've got the paperwork around somewhere if you're curious. Not saying this should be the way you go, but maybe something to look at just to add some tools to the box.
Applause and pompons and whatever it is you need. Go Cece! Gettin' healthy! Go Cece!
