My ISP just upgraded my broadband account.
Which has resulted in me being without internet or mail access for three days! Much muttering, and grumbles have been involved, including the bemused support call with the very helpful gentleman who's accent I could barely understand. He told me it would be fixed in 48 hours. 48 hour later it was worse

Although having three computers (and the Blackberry) in my little flat *is* slight overkill ... It'll be even worse when you bring the new toy round!

The frustration with this has been that I *do* know how to set up and configure connections - and there was nothing wrong at my end. It was the things they'd changed at the other end that had caused the problem! However, all sorted now, and I'm safely surfing again. :-)
