The subject for today is trust.....
Trust is something you earn, something you have to work to maintain. Something I don't readily give.
Give me cause to not trust you, and you have just increased your workload a thousand fold.
Hiding feelings, refusing to discuss sensitive subjects only increases my tendency to distrust. You have no idea how this gnaws at me. What are your motives? What do you want out of this? Why do you even pursue it? It's a dead end road. You know that. What on earth can he offer you that you can truly trust in?
