First impressions of one great city!

I love the little sign in the lower left chunk of the window..."Business For Sale"...hmm, wonder why!

Montreal was quite seasonally decorated...

...seen also in this wide shot. That may be the largest Christmas ball I've ever encountered.

So much graffiti! So many graffiti murals! I focused my black and white PhotoYear study of the city on this phenomenon. You'll see that early next week, since I need to get to the darkroom to develop my shootings.

Pretty row houses across the street from the bed and breakfast we stayed at.

Gloomy scenes from Mount Royal on a Sunday morning.

Not sure what that building is, but it's insane.

The bare trees shield the cityscape in the background. Next time I go, I'm totally spending more than two days.

I mean, f'real, y'all. After a photo shoot with my sister and her husband and kids lined me up a second gig with extended family (that actually pays $$!), I spent about an hour and a half tonight taking this picture of my mom and nephew Parks, shot in Atlanta two weeks ago:

and this picture of my dad and nephews Jake and Michael, shot in Ambler tonight:

and combining them to make this picture:

A bit sloppy, but not as bad as it could have been. My folks were thrilled with it, at any rate, and that's what counts...they're so proud of their grandparent status. And if I decided to put actual effort into this...eh, I could see charging for it. As an amusing addendum, I had my mom and a bag stand in to guide me, as seen in this photo:
