It never ends!!

Soooo things have continued to be nuts here in La Crosse. I have no idea why Charlie and I are good at attracting such situations.

The Saturday after Relay Charlie and I sat around doing homework for most of the day. I had to do laundry for Andrea, but it wasn't too bad. Palmer called and came over and harassed us for awhile because we were planning on hanging out with him that night, but didn't know what the plan was. That night Charlie and I went over to his house, but then the party got moved to this guy Craig's house that Charlie and I had met once before. So we get to his house, and it turns out him and his roommates are at another house down the block. So we went there and the party was pretty sweet. The house had an awesome set up and lots of cool people were there. I secretly hope we're able to chill with those people again.

While we're at the party I was trying to get a shoe from some guy and when I jumped in the air, my phone fell out of my pocket and promptly broke. YAY!! My drunken stupor of course made the situation that much more traumatic. I had just been to a Verizon kiosk like 2 days prior and he said I only had until April before I could upgrade and to just grind it out with that phone. Of course my phone breaks!! What else would happen. I soon got over it at the party though, when Charlie said I could use her phone if I had to and we put together a plan of action to have my parents send me my old phone and reactivate that one until I can upgrade.

So the night goes on. Flippy Cup, Pong, ridiculous behavior. I'm pretty sure I got a hug from almost every person at the party when my phone broke. Hahaha. At one point Palmer comes up to me and says he's about to leave and that he needs his wallet out of my car. Being the drunk dumbass I am, and not wanting to go out in the cold, I gave him my keys. Upon handing him the keys I said that we had to get his wallet, and come RIGHT back. Well the night wears on and Charlie and I are hanging out with a couple of the guys that are still left at the party. About an hour and half later, I realize Palmer hasn't come back yet and promptly flip a fucking shit. My phone is broken, so thank God Charlie had people's numbers so she could harass them. We find out everyone and my car are alright, and decide to just get it in the morning.

The next morning this kid Nick we met drove us to Palmer's place to get my car. The shotty "holy shit a drunk person parked that car" parking job was an AWESOME sight to see, and of course my blood starts to boil. Charlie and I are talking to his girlfriend Emma and she proceeds to tell us that he left her, UNDERAGE and WASTED, downtown, in the COLD. She was appearantly on the sidewalk and huddled up when some random guy took her somewhere, gave her hot cocoa, and she somehow got home. She's lucky she wasn't raped!! So I get in my car, note that there is a decent amount of gas that has been used, and that the part where my shifter is was off kilter and broken. AWESOME! Needless to say I was pissed.

Before he dropped us off Nick got Charlie's number and asked us what we were doing for the Superbowl. Later that night we went to a little bar and played darts, pool, had drinks and hung out. Charlie left before I did, and Nick gave me a ride home. He lives in Holmen so I told him he could crash at my place if he wanted, so there was snuggling that ensued. Fuck.

He's a cool kid I just always get myself into these situations, as yesterday he asked me if I would want to go on a real date. Letting him down wasn't too bad, and he was realy understanding. I think I just need to focus on being a woman of God. I need to talk more to Jordan, because I really do miss him, and I need to keep myself responsible and in check.

Sunday though, Palmer called Charlie and said he wanted to talk to me. I obviously didn't want to talk to him and he was all upset. Because of that and appearantly because Nick and I hit it off. I will never understand guys.

So yesterday I reactivated my phone, and I work ALL weekend. Maybe things will start to chill out a little, although I do love stories. OOH! And earlier this week Elyse saved an adorable dog from an abusive home. I tried to convince my mom to adopt her, but Ashley found someone in Oshkosh to take her. SO CUTE!
