(no subject)
work is going okay, still slow which is annoying but i should be better on nights.. did 4 days of dayshift and that was bloody well enough. I had to kinda beg for a couple more nights of orientation, she wanted me on a couple more days of orientation instead and then to cut me loose on my own on nights...uhhh right, that makes since.. *rolls eyes*
got his car insured under my name, just need to get my own loan to pay it off now... debating between an auto loan and a personal loan..? Mostly because the auto loan would need $500 down, and the car very well may not be worth the amount left on it...mostly because of the incident he had with the deer last fall right after he got it. tho the interest would be better on an auto loan... (6-17% vs 10-17%... and i have good credit but I do have a lot of debt now.. so I don't know how that'll affect it).I don't know. the lady from my bank who called wasn't quite as helpful as the last guy i talked to about auto-loans.
PCC FINALLY has approved his fin. aid after a huge headache and taking half the damn quarter to do so. He has spent so many hrs at the fin. aid dept or on the phone with the fin. aid dept its rediculous. But it seems to finally be paying out now.. bloody hell.
Now we need to sit down, and figure out our budget for everything. he is going to give me his portion of the rent out of the checks, and I think I'm going to just throw it on the credit card? We'll see.. need to actually sit down and do it TOGETHER this time, so we both know where everything is going and how much we need for crap and figure out what the best plan is for it all.
gunna try to hang out with amy for a bit after the kids get out of school, and they can play while we hang out and talk. been awhile.
I think i'm suppose to goto portland tho by 630 at Lloyd center double tree, for a lymphoma today dinner lecture thing... to get 2 more CE Oncology credits too =)
alright.. bedtime. I kept passing out on the couch last night.. this flip flopping of schedules sucks! my body just wants to sleep all the time instead.. shouldda taken an adderall last night.
Last weekend was pretty awesome though I gotta admit. I got off work, and he informed me that we were going into the woods. We went out past estacada and camped in his truck. I shot a gun for the first time (a glock 23, 40caliber rounds) and apparently I did pretty well! I kept all my shots "center mass" on the target thing, and had one of them right off the center bullzeye thingy. He got it on video.. lol but we had a nice big campfire for 2 nights, his friends came up the 2nd day and we all hung out talking and BS'ing, and shooting and then eatin steak and stuff on the bbq in front of the fire =) then they went home, and we retired to the truck and went to sleep (he has a twin sized fouton mattress that fits nicely in the back if the last row of seats arn't in it). I did have to pee outside... *grumble grumble... I like at least out houses damnit! but i didn't pee on myself so that part was good... - woke up to it POURING out the last day which was nice too.. esp cuz pretty much everything was in the truck, so we gotta just enjoy the sounds.
Jullianna stayed with her mom at her grandmas house, as she can only have supervised visits. As much as I love that kiddo, it was nice having a grown-up weekend =-)
