School and Love and Life

School is amazing this term. 7 hours of plant related laboratory work on Tuesdays. 3+ whatever on Thursdays. Bryology is so much fun. Independently guided exploration of mosses under the microscope. The folds their leaves make are incredible. I had no idea. And I've only seen four species. The way the curl and attach to the stem is so much more fascinating than vascular plants. And my teacher is so deliciously quirky and intelligent for both plant labs. Then there is Physics. And Biochem. I heard a notorious Ahern song for the first time yesterday. I couldn't stop laughing. Now mind you I have seen these on youtube before. But in person it was too much. I lost it. Spastic giggle fit while people are singing Biochemistry biochemistry I wish that I were wiser to the tune of Oh Christmas Tree. http://www.davincipress.com/metabmelodies.html

Um...other news. I can't remember the last time I felt this flirtatious and spunky. My cat has asthma and I spent almost 500 dollars on her thus far getting a diagnosis. I did two things completely out of character in the last week. Neither I am elaborating on.
