“What is that?” she asked staring at a device in his bedroom.
He knew exactly what she was referring to. He walked to her and took those few moments to gather his thoughts before saying anything more. “It was my crutch.”
She looked up at him into his eyes and saw the loneliness that she caused. As she was sure that he could see the loneliness reflected in her eyes. “Ollie.”
He attempted a weak smile. “Subways and voicemails. You didn’t leave me with much.”
She picked up the device and hit the play button. her voice came through loud and clear. There was a hint of laughter and more than a little flirtation in the message.
“So this morning was fun. I didn’t know you could cook. Do you think I could persuade you for an encore performance?”
She looked at the device. The physical manifestation that she left him, that he was hurting and that they missed each other desperately . She set it on the floor. “You don’t need this anymore. I won’t leave you Ollie.”
“Good.”
A/N: I knew that while I was writing the first part I would have to do a sequel. I hope that you liked it. Although it was even shorter than I planned. I should be writing a lot this week. So let me know what you think or even if you have any requests. i got a couple things planned. But I write pretty fast so I would be open to suggestions. Presents for reviewers as always.
