Downtown Bellevue: Under Construction

(This place is on NE 8th St. I thought about going in. Maybe I will if I pass by there again later, who knows?)

No, I haven't made it to Seattle yet. :( I was going to go this afternoon, and then while I was sitting at the transit center I noticed I didn't have the fare (change-wise) to pay for the bus ride. I found out after the fact that the amount I had put aside for the fare was for non-peak hours, and I happened to be waiting during peak hours, so the fare was more expensive then, and of course you need exact fare and I was pissed that I was short on change and that there were no change machines to be found (which is what really got me). So then I walked somewhere to go get a drink (and more change) and then it started raining, hahahahaha. Only for a few minutes, though. It was around 5 by then, so I figured that unless there was something I really needed to do in Seattle, it could wait another day. So now I'm back at the hotel typing this out.

Oh, and about the subject: There's a lot of stuff being built and/or renovated in downtown Bellevue right now (the mall that I have now visited three times falls in both categories), so depending on where you're walking, you have to avoid certain blocks. Fun! Anyway, it's a really pretty area, I like it, and I could see myself living here.
