Breakfast 223 cal dinner 473 snacks 35 cal total of 731!!! Let's hope i make it through tonight without eating this damn chocolate. My goal was 900 for today. I'm off to a great start. As soon as this queasy feeling subsides I've got 50 crunches and 15 push ups and 30 squats to do. :)
