Episode ReviewHour-long Office episodes make my life, end of story.
How awesome was it to see all of the Office workers intermingling with each other for this Christmas episode? So awesome. And OSCAR AT THE END, YAY!! And Pam being so nice to Toby because he gets picked on by Michael all the time and no one ever remembers that he's divorced and he's sad and lonely but Pam is nice to him and gives him her bathrobe, AWWW. And the Pam and Karen friendship pretty much made me really happy. I know that I was like, "Grr" at Karen at first because she was a potential love interest for Jim, but she is a great character and her and Pam being friends is just great. Really!
Dwight holding Angela's hand when she was upset was cute. And then Dwight was singing to Angela without anyone knowing and Dwight was holding the microphone for Angela while she sang and he was singing along with her and AWW CUTESIEEE.
The Michael and Carol thing was sad :( I'm glad she is still actually his wife in real life, rofl, because they're cute. And Andy taking Michael out was really nice. I love how they went to a teppanyaki place, although you know the volcano with the steam? Usually they set the stuff inside on fire and it's like a fire-y volcano and it's 348983 times cooler :P The Asian girls made me laugh, but they stereotyped them a little bit and it made me feel funny, but most people tell me that I'm practically white anyway, so whatever, rofl.
Sooooo, I hate to break it to ya, Jim/Karen fans, but this episode pretty much sold it to me that Jim still has feelings for Pam, and he always will. Jim and Karen is cute, I'll admit it! The Bridget Jones' Diary DVD exchange was hilarious, and they're a cute pairing. But as I always say, it's JAM ftw, and it's the OTP of The Office! You just know that Jim means Pam when he says "You're left thinking about the girl you really like. The girl who broke your heart." And as much as Jim is sad at the fact that Pam broke his heart, he won't ever really give up. You don't give up the person you love for the person you like, because the person you like will give you up for the person they love. Well, the quote should be "leave", not "give up", but same thing. :P
Okay, so those are my 2 cents. I have to go and read everyone's thoughts from last night, now. But, what did you guys think of this episode? Sigh, I loved it♥.
