on my way home from school, which took a sweltering hour and a half by the way, i saw a man on bellamy 9 reading his newspaper shirtless, and this made me smile. he wasn't one of those bronze and incredibly built pretentious pricks. nope, just a regular middle age man, sunburnt, with a bit of a beer belly. i like people who are comfortable enough with themselves to take transit without a shirt. i wish i was, not that i would ride the bus shirtless even if i was. oh, and i saw jers before this!
also, i finally began reading perkz, franckie! i read thru part one, and i love it so far! (but alas, i cannot continue, for i've homework to do, for i had slacked off all last week.) i think it'll be my favourite book soon enough, because at this point, although i haven't finished it, it'll be the last book i've read! haha, clever! i love charlie because he's cute (just as sam thinks and he thinks so himself). i wish i knew him, but that's silly. he's fictional. (the word fictitious is more fun to say, but it looks funny spelt out.) thank yous for lending me your book!
before all this though, i wrote the best exam i never studied for! i guess it's no surprise, everyone said it was easy, and it had to be or i'm sure the whole class would have failed the course, and our school, as proud as it is, would not have that. yay for bell-curving! okay, so i did study a bit--maybe a half hour's worth in, but apparently, i didn't study enough. regardless, i made sure it looked like i knew what i was doing on the paper, and given my nerd cred, if i was marking it, with one look, i would have just assumed everything was right. hah, i'm kidding! geez, it's just a joke...but really, nerd cred is very helpful, especially when you're as lazy and unmotivated as i am. now, i'm curious on how i did. now, i've chem to finish.
and christine, when'll we eat!
