So Tuesday I didn't get to walk in the evening because it was crazy raining. I did 1/2 hour with weights & my balance ball. Yesterday was weigh in, I am down 1.2 lbs this week, for a total of 6.2 lbs lost since I joined weight watchers. Yesterday I also walked 1.9 miles in the morning and did 30 minutes with weights & resistance ball. Earned 5 activity points, ate well thru day & ate 28 points. Swapped out my activity points so I didn't dip into my weekly ration of points. This morning I walked 2.56 miles and am basically eating a version of what I had yesterday. I have, with lunch & snacks included, 10 points to spend on dinner.
