Yesterday's net was 24.5 points and I walked roughly 1.8 miles in the evening, bringing total walking to something like 3.23/25 miles. Not shabby. Had a ham, eggbeaters & cheese bagel for breakfast, a Quorn pattie and some rice crips for lunch, a slim fast shake for snack, openfaced sammiches for dinner, an a small piece of sunshine cake.
Today: I've already walked 2. 15 miles, am having the same breakfast, and leftover fish for lunch. I'll have 11.5 points for the rest of the day, and am going to try to get in another 2-miler this evening.

Today my weekly points reset, and tomorrow's the meeting & weigh in. Hopefully I have done all right after all, maybe a week of a wee rest and eating up to & some of my points stash has jump-started me some. Guess I'll find out soon.
