(no subject)
Today was a good day.... a surprise for me. We are watching Rudy in Health, which I think is a really cool movie. We have a quiz tomorrow in Chem and I do not know what is going to be on it... oh well. We were just given an assignment today in English where we have to write two in depth essays two pages long each (double spaced.. which gives us a break) about the book "Night" by Elie Weisel. What a good book, I loved it. It affected me in that I got a detailed description on the concentration camps during the Holocaust. Even though it was only 100 pages long, it was better than most books I have read. Sweklo was actually nice to us today and she gave us an extention for our seven front and back pages packet on supply and demand. I have three more to do. In Math, my teacher bought two raffle tickets, what a nice lady. Gym class was fun.... I played basketball and realized how much I sucked. Spanish is wierd as usual... I do not even consider it a class... because we do nothing but talk to one another. I had a Senate meeting today, and I sat next to this girl Margot who I know somehow but forget. She also knows me.. but both of us don't remember how. Oh well.
I came home and my dad was there and he had a C++ book he got me so I can teach myself the language. Its easy so far, but I have only done the first stages. Programming is fun. I went to music lesson today to make up a lesson and my teacher gave me Beethoven's piece "Moonlight Sonata".... its a famous one but I cant describe it. Its going to be fun to play. She also has the All State Chorus Audition Music for November 2002, so that will be very helpful. I am very mad at myself because I cant make it to auditions for I have not learned the music. All State was probably one of the best experiences I had this year, and I wanted to do it really bad.. but neve rhad the time. Oh well... I guess I have to wait one more year. This sucks. Other than that I have had a great day.
