Rehydrated Chrotoem: Video Assignment
To detraditionalize updates in my life, I have composed a viewer/reader activity involving the video/audio composition of my words. For this video, you can use any sort of video camera that can be transfered to the internet. For the first section, videotape only the top lip. For the second video, try to only capture where the tongue is visible. For the last video, frame the camera around the bottom lip and it's movement.
Speak slowly and articulate. Post on youtube, followed by leaving an embed video as a comment.
TOP LIP: I have been busy and I have been noticing important things like how we wait a second before leaving a message so our voices don't get cut off, and how the sun can turn a layer of skin into a costume.
TONGUE: I recognize unfamiliar sounds better then ever and have been marking a man for my body all over the pacific northwest. He does romance like no other body before me, ever.
BOTTOM LIP: I've been receptor for a wet disco ball, and many puffed rice strung into a Nepalese-inspired space of safe feelings, dining almost everywhere in SE Portland.
