No one else in the GazettE knew that the problem between Reita and Ruki is not that simple anymore. They often argue about trivial things. Reita felt that Ruki was getting drifted farther away from his reach. He was not the old Ruki anymore. He was so cold and tempered. It felt like they we’re just living together like roommates and not lovers. Ruki often go home late. They didn’t have any chance to hang out together, drink for a coffee, or even talk about their latest gigs. They rarely see each other and if they do, they always end up fighting. Ruki wouldn’t even look at him on their band rehearsal. He always caught him staring at their fellow band mate. Reita wasn’t afraid that these two having an affair because Uruha already have Aoi. There’s no way he’ll be cheating on him but Reita couldn’t erase the fact that things get so odd. He often saw Ruki smile at Uruha, the smile that once only his.

Reita went home, disappointed. He wanted to fix everything but how if Ruki wasn’t even there to listen at him. He wanted to tell Ruki about his thoughts and his feeling. If Ruki would just give him more time, if he would just give him more of his attention, this problem won’t be this drastic.

Physically speaking, Ruki wasn’t cheating but deep within his heart he does. Knowing this, Reita couldn’t do anything. He doesn’t want everything to end. He loves Ruki very much. He wants this relationship to last even it became one-sided and… KILLING.
“Tadaima, Ruki. How’s your day with Uruha?”
“Crap that Aoi, he saw us and took Uruha. They should break up!”
“Then what… So you could finally be with him?” Reita’s tears started to fell. “Why can’t it be me Ruki? Since when did we become like this? We’re happy that time right? So why…”
“Reita… I didn’t know.”
Ruki didn’t deny anything nor apologized for anything. He just enveloped Reita with his warmth and it’s more than enough for him. A kiss is more than enough to wash away all of his pains and anxieties.

“Yeah,” Ruki didn’t look at Reita’s eyes.

Even doing those exhausting acts last night, Ruki still left early. Reita saw himself lying alone on his bed. He embraced Ruki’s shirt. He missed his scent. He continued to dream about his beloved one. If he was a cat with nine lives, he’ll definitely play nine different instruments, find nine different families and friends, but love the same person nine times. He couldn’t live without Ruki.

The other day, Ruki stayed at the apartment. As usual, they started to argue about Ruki losing time on their relationship and Reita becoming inconsiderate. Uruha suddenly barged in.
“Ruki… Reita? Are you here? I entered because the door wasn’t lock.”
Reita kept silent.
“What’s the problem, Uruha?” Ruki smiled at him. Reita despised seeing Ruki like this.
“I was jogging when I noticed my keys fell. I don’t know what to do. Your house is just near so I wonder if you could…”
“Fuck! Sorry Uruha but we’re in the middle of discussing something. Why don’t you just call Aoi? He’s definitely awake by now,” Reita interrupted.
“Ah, sorry… ” Uruha left feeling so humiliated.
“Uruha! Reita, what the hell did you think you’re doing?”
“You… Ruki, what the hell did you think you’re doing?”
“Huh?”
“You think I didn’t notice? You think I’m okay with it? Hell I’m not and I’m not going to be! I want you to look at me, only me! I’m not angry with Uruha but he’s definitely the reason behind this. You like him don’t you?”
“I don’t have any time to listen at this crap!” Ruki was about to go.
“That’s the fucking wrong with you Ruki! You always don’t have time for me, for our relationship! How could we fix something if we don’t even discuss it? Ruki, I don’t want to be separated from you but… but it’s enough. You just have to choose between me and Uruha. Stay here or follow him.”
“Reita… I… I love a million of times already. One is when I fell in love with you and the rest…” Ruki’s voice suddenly became shaky. “The rest is when I’m with him. I’m sorry!” Ruki ran away and followed Uruha.
