let's talk about failure.

well sometimes im amazing and sometimes im a moron.

yesterday i stayed under 800 cals... or so i was hoping.

i couldn't sleep all through the night and i ended up staying awake until 6 in the morning.
i ate crackers, 1 cup of hot cheetos, and two tortilla chips.

shit.

then today i woke up and i drank 1 cup of coffee w/ creamer & sugar (gross) which calculated to 100 cals.

hello!

then i proceeded to be a fat ass and eat a vegan burger with 4 tablespoons of ketchup (at the most)
then i ate a cup of mixed veggies thank god it only had about 30 cals per serving.

i had some cranberry juice and half a hand full of mixed nuts so to round it off i stayed under 700 cals but i feel like its so much more.

im telling you my mind has become so fucked up.
i HAVE to know the calorie content in EVERYTHING or i get so fucking pissed. it's awful.

1 cup of coffee- 100 cals (bc of 2 tablespoons of creamer and two teaspoons of sugar)
1 vegan patty w/buns- 260 cals
4 T of ketchup - 60 cals
1 cup of mixed veggies- 30 cals
half palm worth nuts- 100 cals
some cranberry juice- 100 cals

total: around 650 calories.

i feel like its so much more but whatever.

im going to run on my treadmill for as long as i can.

water/black coffee/tea for the rest of the day.

tomorrow can be better :)

ah.

this disorder in my head will kill me eventually
