I've been having trouble sleeping for the past few weeks. I usually lie in bed for about an hour before sleep overcomes me. But now, less than 2 weeks before the bar, I lie awake for at least 2 hours before I can sleep. I usually finish studying by 2-3am. But since I just lie wide awake, thinking of the wasted time trying to sleep, I continued studying.
And now, for this week, I am still studying until 5am. Despite that, sleep would only come to me after 2 hours. Haaay...
I try not to think about the exams or else, I might not sleep at all until the end of September. T___T
I tried everything. Eating high-carbo plus drinking milk. Counting down sheeps. But they're all useless. Now I'm wide awake even if I haven't slept at all. I'll try to study again after I finish my mindless surfing.
