24 years
I can't believe I'm already 24 years old. Or rather I can't believe I'm already 24 years old and I'm still penniless, lol. During the early years of my college life at the UP School of Economcis, I used to dream of working in an investment bank, and then traveling every now and then when I have free time. But almost 4 years after my college graduation, when most of my batchmates are already a corporate slave (which is not really a bad thing for me, hehe) while some are discovering new frontiers across the globe, I feel as if I've been left out...
Maybe it's because of the realization that I had already spent almost 4 years of my young adult life slaving away in law school. Sometimes I think of it as a waste because I could be doing more things instead of worrying about my recitation, exams, etc. But pinkrabbit17 often reminds me that there's a reason why I'm here. I just wish I would find that reason sooner rather than later.
Pardon the melodrama but I always assess my life at the end of the day of my birthday. I usually start happy because I feel special. But at night, that's when all the unnecessary doubts and reflections pile up.
To lighten up my birthday entry, here are some of the things that I've been doing for the past few days...
Simple happiness
Taking photos of my ZaiZai goodies. ^___^
Thanks to Vicpower-Taiwan for the Silence OST signed by ZaiZai! I just wish that I was the one who personally approached Zai to sign the OST *mekawish* Di bale, next time na lang :P
KSW in Face Shop... We're not really big fans of KSW (even if I did swoon over him as Cholo in STH) but we couldn't resist another Oppa and a chance to hoard stuffs in TFS. pinkrabbit17 and I just settled for the regular passes (because we couldn't afford to spend P6,000 for the event, hehe).
Dinner with high school friends.
Early reunion with some of my high school friends because Kat is in town for several weeks.
Earlier, I had dinner with my family at Bubba Gump. My brother just scratched his head when he heard that we're eating again at Bubba Gump. What can I say? I love shrimp and I could eat the Shrimp New Orleans dish everyday. :P
