It's the most wonderful time of the year...if you believe in Jesus.
Well, here I am in Tampa. Another year has gone by. I can't believe it. And now the first half of the school year has gone by as well. Before I know it I'll be done with my first year teaching. Crazy. Not much else to report. Life is good. Although I did just cut about 4 inches from my hair, which means that it is no longer down to my ass and I'm kind of regretting that I cut it.
Thiago pimped my car, and that shit is rolling now. I got new tires and rims, I got the windows tinted at 5%, I got a brand new CD player that plays MP3s and will view photos, I also got satellite radio and I have a 12" subwoofer in my trunk. The only things we need to do to it now are lower the suspension and replace the head lights and tail lights.
Next month I'm going to Massachusetts with my mom to visit my grandmother and some other family. I will probably have to be shipped back in a pinebox because I will have frozen to death. I am also going back to school starting next month to take the 14 credit hours in education that I need to qualify for a permanent teaching certificate. Permanent certificate = possibility of moving with a guaranteed job, which might be the plan for us since we can't afford to really buy anything in Florida.
Thiago and I are doing great. Things couldn't be better with our relationship.
