Yesterday Mike & I had nothing to do in the evening so we played Diablo II for a while. Got all the updates and duped some gems. Fucking dupers. There was a party listed on facebook so we went to that a couple hours before midnight. It was sketchy because the only address listed was an intersection, but it was near greek row so I figured whatever party going on would be loud and obvious. It was a nice house but so crowded. It didn't look terribly interesting to me until we went downstairs for a drink and found the other hundred people in the glow of christmas lights. They were serving "spodi" which is apparently another form of jungle juice. I had been drinking at home so I have no idea what the alcohol content was but the 13 empty half-gallons displayed on the mantle of their fireplace upstairs gives me a hint. Now that I've been mixing drinks on my own I gave them some pointers. They soaked the fruit WAY too long in the vodka so most people couldn't eat it without choking (a lot of it ended up in the sink) and they didn't add enough citrus juices to the mix to adequately cover the alcohol taste. The guy was smashed but liked the advice so he told me to write it down on a paper towel so he would remember in the morning.

They ran out a little while after we got there and directed us to a house across the street where there was a keg. I wasn't really interested in beer since I brought my flask so we hung out in the first house for a while. Mike put up a good effort at talking to some girls but he just isn't very smooth at it. Over at the second house there were just as many people but without a huge basement to pack them all into. They had music and blacklights on and I wanted to take my shirt off because my white bra would have looked great but I didn't want to give anyone the wrong impression. The keg was empty when we got there and there was some horrible leak from the kitchen ceiling that they said was coming from the bathroom upstairs so we took off fairly quickly. Jeremiah said he was going to bed after he dropped us off so we were just going to walk home. It was after midnight so there were plenty of people outside walking around which made Mike less nervous.

We passed Munchy'z which is a hookah bar and I asked some people outside what flavor they had and it was Sour Apple. They offered me to try it and it was so much better than Double Apple. They invited me to sit with them because some of their friends were leaving so Mike went home and I stayed for at least an hour. I was pretty toasted by then so I wrote this down on my hand. They were from the Alpha Delta Pi sorority and I gave them my number for recruitment later on. Their friends (and boyfriends I think?) came back and I was just going to walk home but they offered me a ride and instead I picked up some of the little Smirnoff girly beers and went with them to one of their apartments and watched Harold and Kumar. There was a guy there who was impressed that I knew a lot of lines but I don't remember what movie/show the lines were to. I'm sure it was just Family Guy or something.

Anyway then they were going home and dropped me off on the way and I took a shower and got to bed by 4:30. I love it here.
