Funny Story
I got mama an expensive bottle of Tequila for her birthday, and I planned to send it to her in a box surrounded by chocolate.
I have recieved alcohol in the mail before, so I thought it would be okay.
I went to the post office, and declared what was in my box, and they said "no, go down the street to see if UPS will send it, because we don't do that kind of thing"
I lied to the shipping store and said it was juice, they told me they would have to open it if they suspected it was alcohol, so then I said it was alcohol, and left.
I went to Vons, to return said bottle of tequila, only to discover that a) I didn't have a container, so I had to carry around a bottle of liquor in front of a troop of girl scouts trying to sell cookies b) Alcohol is nonreturnable.
So, I am left with this bottle of tequila, which I have to drink in the next 2 weeks because I opened it, and I'm driving home, and my roommate doesn't like tequila.
End of story.
