I made another decision.
So I made another decision today while I was vaccuuming the floor after my 9 hour shift alone at Ruthie's....
If it ends or is over or whatever and doesn't hurt, it wasn't worth it to begin with. If it does hurt that means it was totally and completely worth it. No matter how long it lasts or how short it is or how badly it ended or even how badly it started, even though it doesn't last forever and you want it to, and even if it hurts so much that all you want to do is die.... it was complete worth putting yourself into.
All of what I went through was completely worth every moment. The pain is shit but I also know that I'm strong enough to handle it and that it's teaching me something. And now I realize that all means that it's completely worth it.
So that is it. That is my conclusion... and you know what... for once I don't even have a doubt in my mind that I'm right. No matter how much I say it wasn't worth it... deep down, I know that it totally was.... and you know what else... I'M GONNA BE OK.
My cousin decided that this is my song. Just because. She said it reminds her of me and how strong and amazing I am but how I need to start thinking of myself more...
