I don't think I'm a good driver. hoping4despair November 5 2003, 02:32:55 UTC
haha.
I'm doing the waiver thing Thursday actually.
but I will not be allowed to drive alone until I can prove to my dad the car is safe [noticed how I didn't say "I". heh]. Anyway, I think thats reasonable enough to ensure the safety of other drivers. He's been to driving school twice...and is anal to me about knowing if I know how to drive. =\

holla for waivers because I doubt I would have been able to pass a road test when I was 16.

well, i'm sure the kid knows how to drive.
it's just a matter of being responsible, which is not limited to young drivers.

I took the road test, passed with flying colors, and still got in a wreck that was my fault.

Go me.

Good point.

I guess my entry was pretty contradictory because kids need the experiance to become a mature driver...i suppose.

but on the other hand, that level of nonsense on the road is just ridiculous.

I SAW HIM TODAY!! On my way home from school, I was driving over the bridge, and I passed a white Geo Tracker with 3 teenaged boys in it and surf boards hanging out of the back window. He was swerving around in his lane and had his arm sticking out the window.

I'm totally sure that it was the same guy. Just thought that I'd let you know.
