Memories made... sigh

Gold Rush Days = insanity. If you don't believe me, then head on up to Dahlonega next year and experience the madness. It was pretty fun today though, I got my first funnel cake in about a year and it was omazing. Watching the parade was entertaining for about the first twenty minutes, then it lost my attention and we left after that.

I was able to see two of my friends that left the school last year this week! I saw my friend that's just got back from basic training yesterday and it was so great. I also saw Daniel, the guy that accidentally gave me my black eye last year, yesterday and today! He's so precious and I wish he still went here because we would be good friends!

Friday night I went to the Mall of Georgia with Hilaree, Haley, and Caroline. We had the most fun time and I'm so glad I went! Hilaree talking to the Red Bull guys and posing for a picture next to their truck was definitely the highlight of the trip!

I always love checking my e-mail and finding one from Russia, that also brightens my day. I miss my friend that moved to Russia and always enjoy hearing from him! I promise that I'll stop mentioning those e-mails some day soon.

Today, which is now yesterday, was a pretty good day! I went to the early service at Dahlonega Methodist before studying a lot today! Soup and prayer at the Wesley House proved to be fun and uplifting as it always is. LA and I also took a late night Waffle House trip to study even more for our US History test (we are such good girls). I'm still recovering from being out in the night cold from when we got back from eating!

This week will be pretty stressful with tests and registering for Spring semester classes, but I'll manage! That's all for now... more to come later!
