Anyone able to help?
So, I'm trying to fill out my FAFSA Form, but the rules have changed. It USE to be that I was considered an Independent Student because my parents are unwilling to give me their information, refusing to help with college expense, and generally just suck as parents. But, apparently, things have changed.

I'm not sure what to put. I haven't lived with either of my parents since I was fifteen. My mother flat out refuses to give me her information, my dad might give me his information, but I'm not sure how much of it would be reliable and how much would be him lying off his ass.

I'm just not sure what to do. Under no circumstances do I want to put any part of my future in my parents' hands.
Help?
