Moving out

I'm 24 it's time to sink or swim.

Yesterday I got the urge to search craigslist for people looking for roommates to see what was available.

I found someone moving to Oregon City looking for a female roommate in her 20s, $372.50 for rent. I really wanted to call but I was nervous. I finally got up the guts and we hit it off right away. She's great. 20 going on 21, full time student the community college, passionate about dance.... has a protective boyfriend that interviewed me today lol it was really sweet of him.

They both asked me if I did drugs. I lied. I have no intentions of bringing any of it in the house and what they don't know won't kill them. I don't smoke pot much anymore, and if it's something I have to give up to move out, then so be it. it'll save me money in the long run anyway lol

So here's my game plan:

1) sell my engagement and wedding rings to earn some cash. Hoping to get at least $900. The engagement ring was $1,300 and the wedding band was only like 50 I think.

2) Get food stamps. I can get at least $100 right now.

3) FUGGIN GO FOR IT with Mary Kay! There is NO reason to be a slacker right now. I NEED this to survive. Sink or freaking swim!

When you fail to plan you plan to fail. Plain and simple. I can do this, I just need to suck it up and quit being a wuss and afraid of failing.
