Kyuhyun forces a smile when he come back to Sungmin who still sit cutely on the bench, just like a kid who’s waiting for an ice cream. “Here it goes, Miss Lee~” He perfectly hide his devastating feeling. Because all i want to see is your smile.
“Yeay! Thanks, Kyu!” Then they eat together with some talks between it. But it’s more to Sungmin’s talking alone while Kyuhyun’s only being a good listener. Too much things in his mind until he doesn’t know how to react to Sungmin’s excited blabber about people who pass by. Kyuhyun only nods his head and give her an understanding smile.
“Let’s get going again?” Kyuhyun asks her as they finish, offering his hand. It is like something’s running after him. Well, he may just want to enjoy his last time with her.
“Neh.. So, where are we going now?” She takes his hand, bright smile never leave her face.
“I have no idea either, Min. Let’s just ride some random games?” He suggests, receiving excited nods from his girl.
They spend an hour riding and playing some games there until they got tired. And Kyuhyun not-so-surprisingly won a cute white rabbit plushie from a weird games called “Catch Me If You Can, Stupid!”. Sungmin just giggled along the game, then she hugged the rabbit quite longingly.
“Where are you taking me?” She’s curious yet excited as Kyuhyun just lead their way. The rabbit plushie is on his other hand. The day is getting darker and windy.
“I bet you’ll like it, baby...” He look at her eyes meaningfully, smiling. I’m sorry, i’m very sorry.
They walk to Myeongdong station for a few minutes. Sungmin looks surprised as she see what’s before her eyes. “Cable car? To Namsan Tower? Kyuhyun... this is-i really love cable car!” She practically jumps on him. Kyuhyun immediately envelope her in his embrace.
Anything to make you happy, Min. Before the time when i couldn’t make you happy anymore, i’ll do anything just to see you smile.
Kyuhyun force his best smile, but somehow it looks so bitter. But lucky, Sungmin’s too happy to realize it. “Let’s go?” He pats her head lovingly. “Sure!” She clutch his arm and drag him.
They are taking one empty cable car, it is not many people around, so they are only a couple who take the cable car. “It’s only both of us, Kyu...” Sungmin look around, and feel a slight blush on her cheeks. “Neh...” Kyuhyun smiles and becomes so quiet just because it’s so bitter to say anything. He is scared that if he say something, it would turn out to be a promise, promise that he will never be able to fullfil.
They stay standing. Sungmin shrieks a little when the cable car starts to move. Lucky she has Kyuhyun who fastly grab her by the waist. She smiles and link arm to him. They are simply enjoying the beautiful scenery of night Seoul, while stealing a glance to each other at times. Kyuhyun still hold the white rabbit on his hand.

It’s already 8 pm. Now they are on their way back to Myeongdong station, riding cable car again of course. Kyuhyun is hugging Sungmin from behind, while Sungmin leaning back to his chest. “Are you tired, Min?” he ask her in his very soft voice. Sungmin immediately closes her eyes sleepily. “Hmmm... but i am very happy.” Kyuhyun can feel there’s a smile on her face. He kisses the top of her head then her temple as if replying ‘I’m glad you are, Min.’
“Min...” He twists around her body, so they are facing each other. He just stare at her while she gives him a confused look. But then he pull her into a tight hug that she can feel it’s so different. He buries his face in her neck, inhaling all the remains scents of this lovely creature in his arms. Would i be able to smell this again in the future? Min, how can i survive without you by my side?
“Kyu...”
He pulls away from the hug and kiss her tenderly on the lips. She doesn’t complain, she just give in to the kiss, clutching his shirt tightly. They part just for a mere breath then he capture her lips again. But after a minute pass, she feels wet on her cheeks. What is this? Is he...? She slighty push him away to make sure what she’s expecting.
She’s taken a back when she open her eyes to see Kyuhyun is crying. There are tears fallling down from his closed eyes. But Kyuhyun doesn’t bother to stop when she push him as he is still kissing her longingly. “Kyuhyun...” she tries to ask his attention between the kiss.
She failed. It just makes him kiss her more desperately. Not that she mind, but this is confusing her. It breaks her heart to see him like this, and she doesn’t know the reason behind his tears. “Kyuhyun.. please...” She forces him to stop and cup his cheeks. He stubbornly still close his eyes.
“Please, look at me...” she whispers as she wipe his tears.
No, i can’t. I can’t bear to look into your eyes.
“Kyuhyun, please... don’t make me worried.” Her voice starts cracking up. She collides their forehead together. Kyuhyun let out another tear, throat’s going dry, body start trembling, but still stay silent. Our last kiss before i let her go.
Sungmin desperately asks, “Why are you crying, Kyu? Please tell me...” she slightly shakes his face. She’s not mad. It’s just hurt her to see his current state.
“I love you, Min... so much.” He whispers.
“I know...” but why?
“No.. I love you too much that i don’t know how can i live without you.” He continues, and that’s it. She joins him crying.
“But i won’t leave you, silly. Why so sudden you say this? I won’t ever leave you, i love you too.” She kiss her damp cheek.
Yes, you won’t, but i will. And i am so sorry for that.
He finally opens his eyes to see her smile in tears. He smiles back at her, bitterly. “There’s nothing to worry. We will stay together no matter what happen.” She reassures him while pulling him into a hug. They stay like that for some minutes.
“Are you feeling better now?” Kyuhyun just nods and give her a smile. He knows he must look strong even though his heart is in pain.
“Let’s go home...” she encourage him again. Kyuhyun nods, “I’m sorry, baby...”. Sungmin just reply him with shaking head and a smile.
Home. Yes, home. The place where you belong, with your family.

They are currently walking down the street, hand in hand, to the station when Sungmin can feel some people following them. She got alarmed when she finally can catch a glimpse of a man in black.
“Kyu... there’s some people following us.” She whispers but can’t hide her fear. She hold his arm so tight, she’s freaking out inside.
“Huh?” he responds as if he’s still in daze.
“Kyu, i’m sure you know what i mean. They found us, found me.” she squeaks, fastening their steps. Luckily, there are a lot of people too.
“Okay okay, calm down. Follow me, kay?” then he leads their way. Sungmin just follow him, going to the crowd, walking fast like they are in a maze. Then after a moment, they start running.
“Kyu, I’m-“ she runs out of breath. But they continue running. He takes the white rabbit plushie from her grip as if it can help her. He continues lead the way, until they find themselves in a subway station.
There’s a train which still stop. It’s our chance, Sungmin thinks. “Kyu, the train will leave in seconds!” I know, Min. They grabs the chance, pay the tickets and runs to the door. They manage to enter the train, finally, when it is about to leave. The train is full of people. Sungmin heave a long sigh, standing near the door with Kyuhyun, but she smile in relieve.
“That was... thrilling.” She slightly laugh. It feels like she’s in an action movie.
Soon, they launch train departure. This is the time.
Kyuhyun steps and hop back to the ground at the same time the door is closing, leaving Sungmin alone dumbfounded. She widens her eyes, that it was so fast. Now they are parted by the train door. He stares at her with full of regrets, while mouthing “I’m sorry..”.
“Kyuhyun.. why--- what does this mean?” She stares back at him in disbelief, leaning on the glass door. He just can tell sorry.
“No! Kyuhyun! Open the door please---“ She screams while crying, hit the automatic door desperately. But she knows there’s nothing she can do. People staring at her in confusing. She’s being trapped. But, why Kyu? Why do you do this to me?
“I’m sorry... I love you.” He let the threatening tears out of the corner of his eyes. He looks at the other direction, inside the train. There’s Heechul nodding his head and give him a bow. Sungmin follows his gaze until she meet Heechul in the eyes. Heechul-unnie? They have planned all of this?
She turns her gaze from Heechul to Kyuhyun, and back to Heechul. She just can’t believe this. But the the train starts moving, she can only stare at Kyuhyun in tears, still can’t believe he is giving up on her.
Kyuhyun stand still, looking down to his feet as she’s leaving. Then something catch his eyes, he’s still holding the rabbit plushie on his hand. He wipes his tears slowly and take the rabbit to his embrace. Only you which remain from her.
I finally let you go, even though it hurts so much. I am sorry, my love. But it’s for the best.
Meanwhile on the train, Sungmin is screaming Kyuhyun’s name as he dissapear from her sight. She falls down to floor until she get tired, then all she see is darkness. But she stil can barely hear Heechul’s voice calling her before she fainted.
