Okay, has anyone read this book yet???
This is a life saver. Any time you feel the need to eat junk RE READ this book. They sell it at amazon.com...
here are some major tricks I have been doing that NO ONE NOTICES...Ive lost 4 lbs this week.... I go on holiday with the boyfriend at the end of Aug....so those 10 lbs have to go FAR FAR AWAY!!
1. at breakfast... pour a bowl of rice crispy cereal with soy milk. Cut up an apple, peach etc into it. Eat only the apple and peach. IT looks as though you are eating the cereal, and they stop looking at you after a while. Also, it flies down the sink drain and no one will know. Just wash the bowl and your set!!
2. At lunch,or dinner if you order a salad out, order chicken on it. Then, begin to say "Theres alot of fat on it" and slowly start to put the chicken pieces under the salad, and also, in a napkin. This way, you are only eating the iceberg lettuce (no cals) and the veges.
3. Again, lunch or dinner (or even breakfast) take four eggs out of the fridge. (Ive even gotten a comment like... why the hell are you gona eat so many!) Then, use three egg whites, one egg yolk (The egg yolk turns the white yellow so it looks as though youve used the four eggs. Mix well... Then chop us mushrooms, onions, spinache(Alot) and scramble those eggs! When its done, pick out ONLY the veges (those actually slide out pretty easily without any remaining egg) So, you've eaten ONLY the veges!!!
