I think I was cursed at a young age by some Jewish woman

I just read all the curses relating to the body in Yiddish, and I've had most of them. Perhaps I was an anti-Semite in a previous life, and I'm finally getting my just desserts. And all of a sudden, my life seems to make a little bit more sense.

I taught today, and it went well. Be astonished. Especially since I only got 2.5 hours of sleep. But it did go well. And we decided that forgiveness is a good idea. Which is good news for Tego and this year's Yom Kippur.

I wanted to take a nap this afternoon, but instead I made Dad a Father's' Day card. And yes, I mean to write it with the two apostrophes. We can't seem to decide which one it's supposed to be, so I just put in both. It was a good card though. The front said: "Look Dad: I made you a card!" The inside said: "This is the inside!" The back said: "This is the back! Happy Father's' Day!" It was most amusing.

Then we all went up north to help one of Ben's friend's move out of his apartment. We had a good time, but it was sweaty work. And it reminded me why I really dislike packing and moving. But at least everything didn't have to be in boxes; some stuff could just be left standing or laid in a car. Not trying to fit random oblong lamps into boxes always makes the process easier.

Then, I had a church meeting, so I showed up in my grubby jeans and a t-shirt instead of the skirt and collared shirt as was the plan. Though my dad did point out that it was a BYU t-shirt, so maybe that garnered me some extra points.

Happy Father's' Day to all my friends' fathers. I'm glad you decided to be a father, because your child has certainly made my life more surreal. That's why we're friends.
